Casa Vicens Skip-the-Line Entry Tickets with Audio Guide

What to bring

• Admission ticket: Keep your ticket ready in digital or paper format to show the access staff on arrival.

• Headphones: The Casa Vicens audio guide is accessed by scanning a QR code with your mobile device. Bring headphones to listen without disturbing other visitors.

What's not allowed

• Restricted items: Suitcases, backpacks, or bags larger than 30 × 30 cm, umbrellas, helmets, and poles are not permitted. Lockers are available for storing these items.

• Venue rules: Food and drinks and smoking are not permitted throughout the venue, including terraces, balconies, and viewpoints.

• Personal vehicles: Bicycles and scooters cannot be brought inside. Bicycle parking is available opposite the venue.

• Animals: Pets are not permitted, except assistance dogs for visitors who require them.

• Dress code: Swimwear, wedding attire, period dress, theatrical costumes, or folk costumes are not allowed.

• Equipment: Photography is allowed without flash. Tripods, selfie sticks, and mobile stabilisers or gimbals are not permitted.

• Mobility access: Ramps and lifts are available throughout Casa Vicens for visitors with reduced mobility.

• Audio guide: Available in Spanish, Catalan, English, French, Italian, Portuguese, German, Dutch, Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, and Hebrew.

• Quiet surroundings: Keep your voice low during the visit and adjust your audio guide volume so it does not disturb other visitors. Avoid making excessive noise that could disturb visitors or neighbours.

• Timed entry: Arrive at the time shown on your ticket. Entry is not permitted before or after the assigned time.

• Visiting with children: Minors must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult.

• On-site facilities: Café, gift shop, lockers, lift, washrooms, rest areas, changing rooms, valet parking, and Wi-Fi.

• Closure dates: Casa Vicens is closed on December 25 and from January 7 to 14.
