The Borghese Gallery tour was an amazing experience. The place is beautiful, filled with sculptures & paintings from some of Italy's most influential artists in the 16th & 17th centuries. Our tour guide, Virginia (Ginny) was so funny & vibrant. She told us the story behind Bernini's stunning sculptures in such an engaging manner, & emphasized Caravaggio's dark realism in his paintings. I gained even more of an appreciation for the artists & these masterpieces. I would highly recommend this experience!

Die Organisation im Hintergrund - heute waren alle Tickets ausverkauft und durch die einfache vorabbuchung mit Headout war alles unkompliziert einfach. Ebenso der Audio-Guide ist eine Empfehlung wert.

Se cumplió con lo pactado. El sitio visitado es imperdible y no hace falta imprimir el ticket, es suficiente con un archivo .pdf; eso sí, NO olvidar llevar el celular cargado!!!

The museum should not be missed, and our guide was excellent. The only issue was that the back office did not minimum are the meeting point clearly. If that gets fixed, my railing would be 5 stars.

The tickets were issued with no problem, the instructions were clear and there were no issues with entry. I liked the 2hour allocated slot, as it kept the numbers reasonable. We really enjoyed the amazing art , sculptures and decor. Unfortunately, again, as with a previous experience, the audio guide was very disappointing. The floor plan included was not annotated with the corresponding audio item numbers. Therefore it was very difficult having to scroll back and forth through the numbers of the audio descriptions when there were no corresponding numbers on the layout plan. The items were in no particular order.and they didn't follow the order of the route through the gallery . We should have sought the guide on site really so as not to waste time trying to work out what was where.

Ich hatte drei Tickets mit Audio Guide gebucht. Alle drei Personen hatten die App heruntergeladen. Aber außer mir konnten die beiden anderen Personen den Audioguide jedoch nicht herunterladen. In der Villa Borghese fühlte sich niemand für dieses Problem verantwortlich. Man verwies darauf, dass man ja eine E-Mail Kommunikation nun starten könne. Bei einem begrenzten Zeitfenster für den Besuch erschien uns dieser Lösungsweg inakzeptabel. Also mussten zwei Personen vor Ort zusätzlich einen offenen Lautsprecher-Audioguide der Villa Borghese buchen, statt die eigenen rauschunterdrückenden Kopfhörern nutzen zu können. Das war ein sehr ärgerlicher Start. Die Villa Borghese jedoch war überwältigend, beeindruckend und so reich an bedeutenden Werken, dass der Besuch empfohlen wird.

Esperienza soddisfacente come da aspettative, a parte il luogo dove è posta la galleria Borghese, meraviglioso per posizione e contesto, ma soprattutto per la quantità di capolavori contenuti all'interno. La valutazione della mia prenotazione è positiva, sono arrivato con giusto anticipo, ho potuto godere dello splendido parco che circonda la villa, al momento di entrare, sono passato direttamente all'ingresso senza fare alcuna fila. Unico piccolo neo, la guida che ogni tanto non andava e mi toccava riavviarla.
