The tour was fantastic! The stadium itself is absolutely stunning-easily one of the most beautiful I’ve ever visited-and the museum has such an immersive, atmospheric feel. The staff were all very polite and helpful, especially our guide, Diogo, who made the experience even better. We booked our tickets in advance through the Headout app. There are no fixed time slots-you simply arrive and wait until a group is formed for the tour. One important thing to note: you need to have your tickets printed (from the email confirmation). Showing them on your phone or app is not enough.

Absolutely loved this experience! The stadium is невероятно красивый и масштабный — even without a match, you can feel the energy and history in every corner. The view from the stands is breathtaking, and everything is very well organized. The museum was also impressive, especially if you appreciate football culture and legacy. What I enjoyed most was simply sitting there, taking in the atmosphere — it felt powerful and unforgettable. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in Lisbon. Highly recommend!

Schitterende en respectvolle begroeting aan Gate 17 met een goed ter tale en welbespraakte, jonge gidse ! Tof dat het huisdier, ook plaatselijke mascotte, werd opgenomen in de rondleiding, maar het effect dat het dier in een kleinere ruimte uitstraalde in 2004 was wel indrukwekkender. Prachtig Stadion, gedenkwaardige rondleiding. Dankuwel, Rood & Wit !! GROUP Royal Sava Football Club, Antwerp, Belgium.

The Stadium tour and Museum were staffed with very informative guides. You must remember to print out your ticket as they keep this at the entry point. You receive a scarf for each person who has bought a ticket at the entry point. The only let down was that our group was too big. The 11am tour on 15th April had double the size of the other groups which made it difficult to take photos.

mi è piaciuta molto l'esperienza virtuale ma non solo anche la guida è stata molto brava nella spiegazione dei diversi settori e ci ha fatto una spiegazione molto interessante dello stadio. Inoltre ci ha fatto avvicinare anche alla loro mascot spiegandoci le diverse storie dietro e ci ha interessato parlando anche del calcio italiano da dove noi venivamo

Lo stadio è molto bello con soluzioni architettoniche di livello. Ma quello che più mi ha colpito, nonostante il grande afflusso di gente e relativi problemi a gestire il tutto, è stata la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale che si è dimostrato fondamentale per ridurre a zero i problemi insorti. Super Guide, es war sehr interessant hinter die Kulissen zu blicken. Da die Tour in englisch stattfand war die Gruppe nicht sehr gross und wir hatten viel Zeit für Fotos und Fragen.

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted inside the stadium or museum.

Food and drinks are not allowed inside the premises.

Flash photography is prohibited at the stadium, and especially at the museum. You're only allowed to click pictures for personal use.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

Smoking, including e-cigarettes, drinking, and any form of drugs, is strictly prohibited within the stadium and museum.

Stepping on the pitch or the grass is not allowed during your tour of the museum.

Accessibility

The stadium has wheelchairs available for use at both the stadium & museum, subject to signing a liability waiver.

Elevators at the stadium ensure accessibility across all levels.

The museum has an elevator, ramps, and benches throughout, making it accessible for visitors with reduced mobility.

Additional information

You cannot visit the stadium on match days. Make sure to check the schedule before booking your tickets.

On European soccer match days, stadium visits are also not possible 2 days before and 1 day after the game.

All tickets include a complimentary souvenir scarf.

If you're a person with reduced mobility, you must always have a companion with you, and they can accompany you free of cost.

Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.
