Besonders beeindruckten die wunderschönen Gärten, die prachtvollen Räume und die einzigartige Atmosphäre. What was most inspiring was learning about how Castel Gandolfo was opened up as a refuge site for the local population during WWII. The photo exhibit telling of that story was compelling and is certainly an example for the times that we live in today.
