Well organised tour, staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. One of are party was on a mobility scooter this was no problem. Accessibility throughout was first class. You could also go at your own pace throughout the tour.

The punctuality. The tour started as scheduled. And the the narration and flow of the tour were on point. However, it will be even better if for official pictures tourists were to be requested to state whether they would like their pictures to be animated with players or not. I would have loved my pictures without animations but I did not seem to have an option and if I had that option it was not made clear to me.

The staff were lovey and really helpful, the whole process was very well organised. The legend talk was the best part, the wholehearted enthusiasm for the club shone through. The museum was also a highlight as was being able to sit in the Kop and go pitchside!
