The Staff at Anfield were absolutely amazing. Such a huge help. The only reason I gave it a 4 not 5 was because of the wait time! Waited almost an hour with the only explanation being it was busy. Apart from that the whole experience was fabulous. I did it for charity and raised a fab amount so thank you

I was quite scared but Poppy the instructor was very patient and encouraging, especially when I couldn't understand how to lower myself down the line. Then somewhere they started playing "You"ll nwver walk alone" and that gave me renewed determination. Was so proud of myself when I succeeded.

Chris and the guys were 👌 👏 Made us laugh, put us at ease and didn't let go of the rope 😁 Well worth the ticket price as the museum tour was included too.

Great experience! I always love going to Anfield and this occasion was special.. Descending from the roof of the stadium on a rope was quite a buzz!!! Thanks to the team for making it safe and a lot of fun!!

The punctuality. The tour started as scheduled. And the the narration and flow of the tour were on point. However, it will be even better if for official pictures tourists were to be requested to state whether they would like their pictures to be animated with players or not. I would have loved my pictures without animations but I did not seem to have an option and if I had that option it was not made clear to me.

Anfield Stadium and Abseil

Anfield Stadium is the historic home ground of Liverpool Football Club (LFC) in Liverpool, England, established in 1892. Experience an unforgettable view of the stadium from above as you pass the iconic Liverpool crest.

Features

Main Stand Rooftop: Climb to the rooftop of Anfield’s Main Stand for panoramic views over Liverpool, the River Mersey, and beyond.

Abseil Experience: Feel the thrill as you descend 100ft from the stadium, passing the official LFC crest, one step at a time.

LFC Museum: Walk into the LFC Museum and explore over 130 years of the club’s history, home to six European Cups, memorabilia, and more.

What to bring

Make sure to carry a valid photo ID that confirms you are 18 or older, along with your tickets.

What’s not allowed

Open-toe footwear such as flip-flops and sandals, high heels, and any loose or unsecured clothing.

Accessibility

This activity is not suitable for guests weighing more than 130 kg (286.6 lb), children under 10 years old, anyone shorter than 1.2 m, or those who are pregnant.

Additional information

Every participant must complete a waiver form before taking part in the abseil.

For guests under 18, the waiver must be signed by a parent, guardian, or responsible supervising adult.

In the event of poor weather, your abseil will be moved to the next available date that works for you.

Securely fitted glasses and hearing aids may be worn during the experience.

To take part, guests must:

Be at least 10 years of age (with parental consent if under 18)

Meet the minimum height requirement of 1.2 m

Weigh less than 19 stone (120 kg)

Fit safely within the harness (maximum waist 130 cm and thigh circumference 75 cm)

Participants should not have any medical issues that could affect their safety or the safety of others and must not participate while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
