Wonderful tour of the canals of Amsterdam. Very friendly and cheerful captain. Warm, comfortable. Audio guide in many languages of the world. There is a toilet on the ship.

The sights and the guide. We got lucky with the weather on the day. The boat filled up pretty quickly, so you need to go a bit in advance to make sure you got a seat.

The whole house was amazing giving a brilliant insight into Rembrandt's life and showcasing his works. I was amazed by his talent and by the person of Rembrandt himself. His obsession with detail was clear and seeing his work was very humbling. The only negative comment I will make is that there should be a `MASSIVE' sign pointing to the house as we had to ask a passerby and it transpired we were standing outside the house.

The captain was really welcoming and caring. He gave us some insight of the tour complementary to the audio guide and he even provided some complementary explanations in Spanish. The boat was clean and confortable. It was a lovely cruise.

The scenery is good, being on the water was pleasant and the views were good. The audio guide was unimpressive. It had lots of gaps even though I'm sure there was a lot more that could be said about the buildings and canals and history of Amsterdam. We passed a lot of interesting-looking places that the audio guide didn't comment on. My daughter had the kids audio guide and said that also had lots of gaps which was annoying. Because we didn't know when the guide would resume, we had to keep the headphones in the whole time. The hammy American accents were a bit irritating too but I wouldn't have minded that if the content had been more interesting. So none of the options in the tickboxes above, but I had to tick one!
