Entry was really smooth, all the staff were really friendly and funny. The venue was laid out really well with some cool exhibits. We paid extra for the roof top bar which had a lovely view and allowed you to try different heinekens which was very cool.

I twisted my knee on the way to this excursion making me late. I almost didn't even try to go, but I thought... at least I can do the Heineken Experience. Well it was FABULOUS! Sepp and Frost checked me in, gave me ice for my knee and Sepp escorted me through on a wheelchair. I met Mia, Violeta and Jakub as well who were amazing people. Unfailingly kind is an understatement. "Proust!!!!" To the Heineken family for their legacy of fantastic beer but also for their people. They are amazing!

Die Organistation, Empfang und Betreuung hat funktioniert, die Ortlichkeiten sind gut eingerichtet und haben einen guten Effekt auf die Besucher. Die Darlegungen waren etwas knapp und die Geschichte hätte etwas ausführlicher dargestellt werden können. Die Darlegungen könnten etwas ruhiger ablaufen, damit auch die nicht englisch sprechenden mehr von den Ausführungen miterhalten. Der Ablauf war sinnvoll und führte sehr anschaulich durch die Produktionsstätte. Die Dachterrasse war angenehm und ein gutes Erlebnis

Expérience très intéressante. L'animateur était sympathique mais malheureusement toutes ses explications n'étaient pas traduites en français. Nous n'avons rien compris.

Getting started

Arrive at the Heineken Experience in Amsterdam and have your ticket checked at the entrance. As the experience is strictly 18+, bring a valid ID. Once inside, follow the route through the former brewery and make your way through the different areas at your own pace.

What to expect

Walk through Heineken’s original Amsterdam brewery and learn about the brand’s history, brewing heritage, and production process through the exhibits and live presentation.

Features

Historic brewery visit: Follow the route through Heineken’s original brewery building, with exhibits and displays explaining the brand’s history and brewing process.

Live English presentation: Attend a live presentation in English covering Heineken’s story and giving you a closer look at how the beer is brewed.

Optional upgrades: Enhance your visit with one or two complimentary Heineken or soft drinks at the Heineken Bar, Heineken Rooftop access, a 1 hour Amsterdam canal cruise, multilingual audio guides in 19 languages, or glass top roof boats.

Wrapping up

Once you finish the Heineken Experience, you can continue with any selected upgrades, such as rooftop access or a 1 hour canal cruise. The additional options are paid upgrades and are not included with standard entry.
