BEST TRIP EVER!!! Walking out of the airport it was easy to find the bus stop. The electronic signs informed the next departure times. When the bus arrived, I was surprised that the driver had such a welcoming and positive energy,. (Seriously, give this guy a raise for the way he has left a lasting memory !). He helped the passengers before we departed, then once moving he kept us informed about the future stops we were to make. On arrival at Spencer Street the driver was helping answer questions from passengers so they could continue their journey. I bought my ticket online but there were ample kiosks to purchase tickets at both ends of the trip. I would highly recommend this service as a convenient way to get into central Melbourne on your next visit.

As a Stroke Survivor, I have to get out to the bus via a wheelchair with a volunteer lady taking me. The lady was beautiful in her role. Thank you Elizabeth. Then the bus lady grabbed my bus scanner to see I an ok. The bus driver put down the disabled door so I could get on while holding his arm. I have never been so welcomed into a bus before. As we pulled in, again I was the first person he came to see me. With a paralysed arm and an a AFO ( ankle-foot orthotic), he was fantastic! If you could thank them, it would be greatly appreciative.

The experience was great from the beginning because was really easy buy my round ticket online, when arrive at tullmarine airport get the bus immediately , the stuff was friendly ,efficient and helpful. I felt safe and comfortable during the trip and enjoyed the good wifi in the bus. I'm strongly recommend Skybus services.

Great service. Could you please have an opt out button for reviews, as I was standing in line downloading the ticket, the scanner is poised over my phone and I'm being asked for a review when I just wanted the ticket right then. Other than that one little gripe, the service is perfect thank you. In

Great service. Person on ground was very informative, intuitive and made the first time traveller feel at ease. Bus driver was helpful, assisted with heavy bag storage. Keep up the good work, definately recommend using SkyBus.

Arrived at Tullamarine AirPort walked outside the buses were every 15 mins we got off 35 mins later at Southern Cross station Melbourne walked outside right on Bourke street could have worked out any easier. Return trip was reverse so dropped back out front of T3 With plenty of time to check in Great Job for us

I had a return ticket. The Skybus was very easy to find - boarding and storing luggage was easy; the ride into Melbourne was smooth snd the view from top floor seating was great. On return, we were delivered a bus in good time. Upon arrival at the airport, I alerted the driver of a sleeping passenger and he happily went to that person and inform him of his arrival at destination. Very impressed with overall service.
