Servizio molto efficiente caratterizzato da puntualità, facilità di raggiungere i binari, molta cordialità da parte del personale e agevolazioni verso chi necessita di accessi senza utilizzo di scale. Eravamo con una neonata e un passeggino e ci hanno aiutato evitandoci il "tradizionale"percorso a piede e facendoci saltare ogni tipo di fila.

Die Fahrt war problemlos und pünktlich. Einziges Problem waren die print@home Tickets mit den QR Codes, die an den Kontrollstellen trotz guter Qualität nicht einlesbar waren. In UK gibt es dann aber immer Personal vor Ort, die das Gate öffnen.

Top. Es war sehr einfach, nach Ankunft am Flughafen in den Zug zu kommen. Es ist absolut zu empfehlen, die Tickets vorher zu kaufen. Spart definitiv Zeit. Der Zug ist im Vergleich zur U-Bahn absolute Luxusklasse.

If you're traveling out of the city or arriving through the London Stansted Airport, you'll need a quick transportation service. With these direct one-way or round-trip train tickets, running every 15 minutes, reach your destination in less than an hour. Make use of the ample luggage space onboard to store bicycles and wheelchairs. The modern air-conditioned train has free Wi-Fi onboard, and a power socket at every seat to keep your devices charged up!

From Liverpool Street, Tottenham Hale, or Stratford Station, you can dive into East London with ease! Hop on the London Underground, with multiple lines connecting you across the city. As this is a public transportation service, seating is on a first come first serve basis.

A photo of a valid ID might be required to validate the ticket.

You can carry two medium-sized suitcases (70cm x 30cm x 45cm) or one large suitcase (75cm x 50cm x 32cm), each weighing no more than 20kg, plus a small piece of hand luggage.

There may be extra charges of £8 per bag for excess luggage.

If you're traveling to/from Stratford London, please note that there is no direct train. You'll need to change trains at Tottenham Hale to connect with the Stansted Express. To avoid any delays, we recommend allowing extra time when planning your journey, especially if you're catching a flight.
