Alles hat sehr gut und unkompliziert geklappt. Der Stansted Express ist bereits am Flughafen ausgeschildert, man gelangt schnell auf den Bahnsteig. Auch der Ticketkauf vor Ort ist einfach. Die Züge fahren regelmäßig in kurzen Abständen, so dass es kaum zu Wartezeiten kommt.

No final, saimos colocando o cartão multibanco porque pensávamos estar a entrar no metro e duplicaram o pagamento. Não é culpa do comboio, cuja viahem foi ótima, mas é uma grande confusão e acabamos por perder dinheiro. Muito bom, mas não recomendamos.

Was really good. We got transported to the London city centre without any problems and on time both directions. Only a bit of a problem with the gates when returning to Standstedt, the reason for the problem did not opened to us nor to the personnel.

Alles war perfekt, keine Wartezein, pünktlich angekommen. Da ich kein Internet am Flughafen gehabt habe, hat mir die Mitarbeiterin beim Eingang mit dem Wi-fi geholfen damit ich mein ticket heurnterladen kann um Kontrolle zu passieren.

in der Regel war alles in ordnung. lediglich die Scanner am Flughafen haben unser ticket nicht erkannt, wir sind aber direkt von den mitarbeitern geholfen worden, sodass wir keinen Zeitverlust erlitten haben

I has to make two separate reservations because Liverpool station was closed. The first one went perfect, the second was sent without a pdf ticket attached. I sent a mail to correct this but never received a reply. The next step was a contact though chat and that solved the problem very efficiently. The trip itself was ontime and very smooth.

If you're traveling out of the city or arriving through the London Stansted Airport, you'll need a quick transportation service. With these direct one-way or round-trip train tickets, running every 15 minutes, reach your destination in less than an hour. Make use of the ample luggage space onboard to store bicycles and wheelchairs. You can carry two medium-sized suitcases (70cm x 30cm x 45cm) or one large suitcase (75cm x 50cm x 32cm), each weighing no more than 20kg, plus a small piece of hand luggage.

There may be extra charges of £8 per bag for excess luggage.

If you're traveling to/from Stratford London, please note that there is no direct train. You'll need to change trains at Tottenham Hale to connect with the Stansted Express. To avoid any delays, we recommend allowing extra time when planning your journey, especially if you're catching a flight.
