The MERA Business Lounge was a great experience. Our flight was delayed, and unfortunately our allotted lounge time ended while we were still trying to figure out what we were going to do. The manager was extremely kind and understanding and allowed us to stay a few extra minutes while we worked out our next steps. That small gesture meant a lot, especially during a stressful travel situation. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the lounge was comfortable and relaxing. I really appreciated their hospitality and would definitely use this lounge again when traveling through Cancún International Airport.

Perfectly acceptable, more like a Costa/coffee ahop than a full on VIP Lounge you mightexpect. Food was excellent, drinks plentiful and varied. I would definitely use it again.

Signing up for the VIP lounge was easy and relatively inexpensive. We have 5 in our party. We had to wait when we arrived since the lounge was full, but we discussed when the next flight left to know when to return. We returned and entered without issue. The space is nice and has various comfortable seating options. The full food buffet was very good, great options (breaded chicken and pork sliders were faves among our family.) All kinds of drinks and a few options for desserts made it so easy to please the group. It's quieter than the hustle and bustle of the airport which is nice. The team was friendly and kept the space clean as people left and new ones entered. Would recommend using Headout since it was easy to do and execute when arriving.

The young lady at the entrance was extremely helpful and kind. Service provided by both waiters was of high quality, explaining everything in detail. They make you feel like family, treating you warmly and humanly, which is beyond being professional. The place was clean and tidy, and waiters were cleaning every single square inch at all times. They show both high standards of service and flexibility. I could not be more satisfied and happy with my three hour stay at the lounge.

Great deal, at the counter the pass for the vip lounge would've been $54 USD with this website it was only $33 USD and took 2 minutes to purchase same day
