Great service before flying back to the UK. Plenty to eat and drink without the hassle of the busy airport. Tea, coffee, soft drinks, wines & spirits all compliment the lounge. Great customer service, i would highly recommend. 👍

Overall, the service was great, staff were friendly and there was a good selection of delicious food available, however, I was not expecting to pay extra for gin when other widely available spirits are included.

The process of checking in to the lounge was torturous and took at least 10 minutes. The lounge is way too small for demand but the quality of food is amazing!

Plenty of snacks and drinks, however it was oversold with two many people trying to find seats. Also very noisy. Definitely not the experience I expected.

Getting settled

Head to the airside upper floor of the Central Hall in the Departures Area of Terminal 2. Present your booking, valid photo ID, and same-day boarding pass at the lounge entrance, where the staff will assist you with check-in.

The lounge is open daily from 6:30am to 9:30pm.

Rules & restrictions

The lounge is in the airside of the Departures Area, so you must pass through passport checks and security formalities to access the lounge.

Please note that access is limited to ticketed passengers departing from Terminal 2.

Have your same-day boarding pass and valid photo ID matching the name on your booking ready for seamless lounge access.

Food and drinks cannot be taken out of the lounge.
