The tour was so well organised. Our pick up Mohammad was very professional and informative. We were picked up and dropped on time. The quad biking experience was wonderful with our instructor so patient and wonderful. Fantastic experience and day.

Camel ride in the Agafay Desert was brilliant but our experience was made unnecessarily stressful by a message at 10pm the night before our trip saying we would not be picked up from our hotel and had to travel into the centre of Marrakech by 9am to be collected. We stayed out in the Palmeraie area, which was eligible for hotel collection on the booking website. However the local tour rep advised that it was not. In the end we paid extra for hotel pick up rather than leave earlier by taxi, but this short notice change of plans brought unnecessary stress and costs. Once we passed this hiccup, the camel ride experience was faultless, everyone was very friendly and helpful, my family loved it, and transfers with our driver Mohamad were great too.

We had an amazing camel ride experience! Everything was smooth and well organized from start to finish — we received a clear confirmation, the pickup was exactly at the agreed meeting point, and we were taken safely to the destination. The camels were real and well taken care of. Even though it was just the two of us and the weather was a bit unpredictable (sun and rain), everyone involved was truly engaged and did their best to make our experience as positive as possible. Highly recommended!
