What to bring

• If your child has dietary needs not met by the menu, you may bring your own food for them.

What’s not allowed

• Babies are not allowed; children must be at least 2 years old to join the tour.

• Large bags, non-foldable buggies, and bulky luggage are not permitted onboard.

• Standing or walking is not permitted during the tour; all guests must remain seated.

• Due to bus restrictions, your pets cannot tag along.

• Alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited onboard.

Accessibility

• The bus is not wheelchair accessible.

• Nut-free, peanut-free, combined dairy & gluten-free, combined vegan & gluten-free, and Coeliac-specific menus cannot be catered for.

• Specify any dietary requirements upon reservation and confirm allergies with management in advance; some allergies and combinations cannot be accommodated.

Additional information

• The bus is a 1960s Routemaster and is not fitted with seatbelts; children must remain seated on laps or seats for the duration.

• Vegan and gluten-free teas incur a £3 surcharge.

• Menus are seasonal and may vary.

• All staff onboard are trained in first aid.

• A toilet is available onboard for children only; an emergency baby changing facility is available.
