This is the best way to see the sights of the city in a relaxing and confortable environment. The Captain made the experience even more enjoyable with his on board commentary. He was very funny and gave great descriptions in English to go alongside the sights. 100% recommended!

Experiencia recomendable, especialmente si vas por primera vez a los Países Bajos, es sencillo poder dar con el lugar donde zarpa el crucero, el mismo barco es muy acogedor estando techado para protegerte si es que llueve, y con un espacio al aire libre si es que quieres tomar fotos; el recorrido considera un trayecto en que por una hora logras ver lo más icónico de la ciudad desde el agua. Al interior del barco tienes la posibilidad de consumir únicamente bebidas gaseosas (con costo adicional) si tuviera bebidas calientes sería ideal.

Tour guide was knowledgeable. However, had some issues with tickets which were not dealt with in a timely manner and then more issues for the London/Thames tours and boat tour.

Die einstündige Grachtenfahrt war insgesamt eine sehr schöne und entspannte Erfahrung. Besonders positiv war das geschlossene und beheizte Boot, wodurch die Fahrt auch bei kühleren Temperaturen sehr angenehm war. Während der gesamten Tour hatte man eine tolle Aussicht auf die Stadt und konnte viele Sehenswürdigkeiten aus einer ganz neuen Perspektive entdecken. Das hat die Fahrt wirklich besonders gemacht. Der Kapitän hat die gesamte Tour auf Englisch erklärt und dabei viele interessante Informationen sowie geschichtliche Hintergründe zu den einzelnen Orten vermittelt. Trotz der englischen Sprache war alles gut verständlich und sehr informativ. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die die Stadt entspannt vom Wasser aus erleben und gleichzeitig etwas über ihre Geschichte erfahren möchten.

Our boat tour in Amsterdam was absolutely wonderful. The views were breathtaking as we admired the city from the window, with its charming canals and beautiful scenery. It became even more special when we moved to the back of the boat, where there was an open area like a lovely floating terrace on the water. That part truly made the experience unforgettable. The captain was extremely kind, cheerful, and full of humor. He made us laugh a lot with his engaging commentary and explanations of the places, buildings, and bridges we passed. He is an excellent tour guide with extensive knowledge of Amsterdam. We also really enjoyed having our favorite drinks on board, which made the whole experience even more delightful.

It's very relaxing tour and very nice scenic view, only the boat is too loud on the back and we can not hear the tour guide explain properly, otherwise it's really great experience and would recommend for this trip.
