I had a wonderful experience visiting the Uffizi Gallery and the Accademia Gallery through this service. Everything was extremely well organized, and the staff were exceptionally kind and professional. When I arrived early at the meeting point for the Accademia Gallery, a staff member kindly approached me and personally guided me to the entrance. I truly appreciated this thoughtful support, especially in a busy city like Florence. It made me feel very welcomed and at ease. The meeting point for the Uffizi Gallery was also very easy to find, with clear instructions provided in advance. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Additionally, I was very happy to be able to purchase a combined ticket for both the Uffizi and the Accademia at a reasonable price. It made the experience not only convenient but also excellent value for money. Thanks to the efficient organization and warm hospitality, my visit to both museums became one of the highlights of my trip. I would highly recommend this service to anyone visiting Florence!

Experiência maravilhoso, acervo muito maior do que eu esperava na galeria de uffigi. A galeria de academia é menor mas tem a estatura do Davi e outras muito Bacanas

Ingresso accademia perfetto, saltata la fila senza problemi. Uffizi bene anche se qui, a causa del maggior numero di persone, comunque abbiamo dovuto fare la fila

The process was very easy to enter the museum , of course there were no lines to deal with. I enjoyed the layout of the museum and the manner that David was displayed . I felt like I went back in time and made it a note to re-educate myself on the time period.

Ao chegar ao local, um pouco cedo, fui direto me informar com a pessoa do controle de ingresso. Ela me indicou o local de encontro. No local de encontro ainda não tinha ninguém. Aguardei por uns quinze minutos e, faltando 15 minutos, chegou uma moça para atender os visitantes. Deu todas as informações, respondeu dúvidas, orientou sobre a visita, nos acompanhou durante o processo de entrada e cuidou para que todos entrassem sem problemas. Nos ajudou muito e parabéns para a equipe do local. Sugestão: colocar uma faixa com o logotipo da empresa e a inscrição para aguadar aqui.

The Academia tour tickets that were given to us at meeting point had different times and we experienced issue due to this. Uffizi was better and smooth with a moderate amount of people.

Accademia Gallery

Enjoy the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity of seeing one of the most iconic sculptures of all time, Michelangelo's David, depicting the biblical character before his battle with Goliath. However, this is just the tip of the art iceberg that the gallery has to offer - known for housing Michelangelo’s greatest works along with other works from renowned artists. These are some important halls you absolutely cannot miss like Hall of Prisoners, The Tribune, and Hall of The Colossus.

Boboli Gardens

At Boboli Gardens, the architecture, landscaping, and sculptures meld in ancient style and Renaissance art. Look into aesthetic grottos, the most famous of which being the Regal Fountain of Neptune created by Bernardo Buontalenti. Admire the 6-meter high obelisk from the time of Ramses II. All visitors must leave umbrellas, large bags, and backpacks in the cloakroom located near the entrance at Pitti Palace. The use of the cloakroom is free.

Pitti Palace

The following are not allowed in Pitti Palace: flash photography, outside food and drink, drones, pets (with the exception of service animals with advance notice).
