We met the tour guide on time in Florence and she got us through the line into the Accademia in a timely fashion. Alissa was extremely knowledgeable about the art and culture in the museum. She spoke great English and was easy to understand. We enjoyed our time with her. The tour was about an hour, focusing on the statue of David by Michaelangelo and other paintings. Exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend this service. It was easy to book the tour on line and the price was reasonable.

The tour guide was open to answering questions. He was very engaging and knowledgeable about the biography of Michelangelo and the impact of his art-painter and sculptor. The headphones made it easy to understand and hear with a group of 19. They called me when I didn't arrive ten minutes before the time. When I told them that my train was delayed, they were very accommodating and switched me to a later time so that we wouldn't miss it which I was grateful for. Highly recommend.

Our original tour to Florence and the Museum cancelled with only 12 hours notice. We were only in Florence for 2 days and were devastated when we found tickets to the Museum were sold out. We found your website and were able to order tickets. We followed directions to the meeting site, were escorted into the waiting line 15 minutes early and were so thrilled with our chance to view David's statue, among the other treasures. You made everything perfect!

Ce combiné de trois expériance est à découvrir, la vue à 360° en haut du Dôme est exceptionnelle sur Florence, la Galerie de l'Académie n'est très bien organisée pour les visites et n'est pas la plus interressante, et la Galerie des Offices est grandiose ! Seul bémol non négligeable, les audio-guides ne fonctionnent pas toujopurs bien (internet parfois peu accessible dans les bâtiments), et les commentaires sont trop généralistes !

Fomos em um dos primeiros horários e foi bem tranquilo de andar pela Accademia. David original tem realmente uma magia especial, mesmo estando em um local mais baixo do que o local que foi projetado para ficar, ele transmite uma energia diferenciada. Por estar mais perto das pessoas é possivel observar cada detalhe o que o faz parecer ainda mais perfeito. A Accademia possui um acervo maior que vale a visita!

Muy fácil todo, desde retirar los tickets hasta entrar a la hora elegida. También me dieron acceso a una audioguía que explicaba los puntos claves para ver dentro del museo y que funcionó sin Internet. Fuimos en Mayo así que no había mucha gente esperando entrar, sin embargo había mucho calor por lo que el acceso preferencial valió la pena. Lo recomiendo!

We went to Galleria Academia and Ufizzi yesterday. We were thrilled yo get both in during our short stay in Florence. For GA, we met our representative at the meeting point. He gave us a piece of paper with a QR code, that we could not read because of the small print and it was in Italian. As quickly as he appeared, told us to go there, he disappeared, no identifying indicator he was with Headout. We hoped it all good and not a scam. We were admitted, no problems and earlier than our time. The thing is, we have no ticket stub to show we were there. Also, the audio guide through Headout but rather at the museum for 6€ each. It was worth it though we expected more from the audio guide.

We had a problem following Headout's instructions which told us to go to a "meeting point" by the ticket office. With our other Headout trip we did meet a person who gave us a voucher. But here we needed to go into the ticket office and they gave us tickets. We wasted time and edgier going up and down looking for a representatives. Once we had our tickets we went into the Accademia straight away in our time slot. The museum is full of art treasures, but smaller than the Uffizzi and we spent an hour and a half there.

Whilst we enjoyed the galleries we found it misleading that on the app we could 'view tickets' when in fact these turned out not to be tickets but vouchers. We had to get physical tickets from a third party at a certain place (who wasn't there initially). We had bought a combo ticket but had to go through this process again when we got to the second destination. When we located the 'agent' to get us into the Uffizi she was very helpful but we found the whole experience unnecessarily complicated.

First of all, the priority tickets saves us a lot of time, however, inside the Gallery we have to go to the line to change the virtual tickets to a fisical ones. The organization for the entry is perfect, several lines each one with the booking hours to the entry be made on time and with order. The gallery is very compact, every single division have a lots of information that make the visit a little bit harder to see and appreciate everything. But in overall was a delightly experiece.
