The fellows doing check in were good and organised, and very professionally helped people who weren't booked in on our tour to find their group. We skipped the line in easily. Galya was knowledgeable and fun. She told us so many interesting facts and stories, and took lots of photos of us in front of David, and was very patient with our questions. I left my sun hat at security on the way in but didn't notice till near the end of the tour. Galya happily came with me and spoke to a guard and my hat and I were reunited. One of our group wandered off before giving back her radio thingy. Galya chased her down and retrieved it nicely. I highly recommend her and this tour.

Es hat wunderbar geklappt: wir waren vor 12 zwar in einer Schlange gestanden, kamen aber Punkt 12 rein, mussten dort noch einPapierticket bekommen, ging aber auch schnell, kurzer Check in der Sicherheitsschleuse, Getränk durften wir mitnehmen und schon waren wir drin. Viele Leute, aber nicht unangenehm. Wundere mich nur, dass sich so viele Leute für sakrale Kunst interessieren. Da müssten alle viel mehr dazu wissen, um diese Kunst verstehen zu können. Glaub ich. Lui.

Such an amazing experience!! Ik what your thinking there are David statues all around Florence but let me tell you none of those compare the the beautiful quart statue that is displayed in this museum! I highly recommend that you come and witness this masterpiece, cause it is a once in a lifetime opportunity and you don't want to miss out!! Along with that let me just say the headout app is amazing! No more waiting in lines book now with the headout app!!!!

It was suggested from a friend when visiting Florence. She said it was the easiest way to get all the tickets to the museum. She was correct! I used the app to verify my ticket at the Accademia and head out sent me a PDF which I showed at the Uffizi Galleria and both processes were smooth.

Mit dem Vorzeigen der Headout App kamen wir super schnell rein ins Academia. Wir mussten jedoch zuerst unser Gepäck im naheliegenden Buch Café in der Nr. 51 deponieren da Taschen und Rucksäcke drin strengstens verboten waren. Könnte Headout vielleicht auch drauf könne hinweisen - wäre weniger stressig gewesen. Aber sonst alles gut. Man bekommt drin dann 'richtige' Tickets zum weiterreinkommen.

I am pleased. A manager escorted us for quick entry. Everything was clear and easy to understand. I recommend buying a combo ticket for the Uffizi and Pitti Palace (they are located very close to each other) and the Accademia.I recommend using the services of this site.Thank you.
