From the start to the end, the professionalism and friendly smiles of those involved from getting into the elevator to the top.. made me and my wife's honeymoon a pleasure. We were in midst of being hit by Typhoon Senyar during that period but since we are in the highlands, it was not that severe, just non stop drizzle. It was an interesting experience as it was misty, cold and wet and so, not many people at the theme park then. But we still managed to have fun with the outdoor rides and indoor parks as not many people are as adventurous as us due to the rain and typhoon. We had a blast and wonderful memories at the Genting Skyworld Theme Park!

Everything worked perfectly. The schedules and tickets were perfect. The access to the Petronas Towers at the exact time. In the case of the KL Tower we had to make a small line because it was rush hour (dusk). Very satisfactory experience and 100% recommendable.

After upgrading to the outdoor theme, I feel that there are many inconveniences, plus there is an additional charge when paying for tickets online. The ticket management should be more alert to weather conditions and provide other options in case of bad weather, as well as informing us or putting a note there about the additional charges that will be incurred after we check out to pay.

This 26-acre theme park is very bit exciting as the name suggests. Featuring a host of different rides and attractions, the park is home to 9 different unique theme-based areas that lets you go on adventurous escapades. Andromeda Base, Eagle Mountain, Rio, and Liberty Lane are among the 9 themes that you can explore, and to top it off, your ticket also includes a complimentary VQ reservation that saves you loads of time instead of wasting it in a long queue.

Due to a strict maximum capacity limit, all guests are required to join the mandatory queue at KL Tower to book their time slots.

Tickets can be used on another day if they remain unscanned due to weather conditions.

The Sky Terrace will remain closed in case of weather conditions.

Link your ticket to the Genting SkyWorlds app to stay notified about the Rainy Day Guarantee, which offers a complimentary return ticket valid for 12 months if adverse weather disrupts your visit for an hour or more – just screenshot the notification, bring your original ticket and ID, and check the app for updates before returning.

Virtual Queueing (VQ) allows you to reserve timed entries for rides, attractions and shows through the Genting SkyWorlds app. Activation occurs upon ticket scanning at the turnstile on your visit date.

To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid activating or linking ticket codes until arrival. Activating tickets in advance may cause them to expire before use.
