I was really disappointed because I liked the idea of visiting the distillery, since I drink that whiskey in Málaga. But the guided tour is in English, and I don't speak English. I was treated wonderfully (couldn't have been better) by a girl who knew a little Spanish; her name is Ms. Lead. She refunded the ticket price and was very, very kind. A 10 out of 10 for her. They should mention on the online booking page that the tour is in English or provide headphones in other languages.

I enjoyed the explanations of the process. The tasting room was very nice as well. It felt a little rushed in that room. I have been on bourbon tours and you get to smell the "angel's share" and that would put this tour over the top. Maybe it could be a special experience you can add. I also would have like to hear about what pairs with whiskey. I have done chocolate and bourbon tastings. That would be another gin special tour.

The tour was fun and informative. The guide was engaging and made the tour fun and interesting. I enjoyed the welcome cocktail of Jameson and Ginger ale. It was a great way to show another option to enjoying whiskey. I am not a person who would drink whiskey straight so I very much enjoyed the option. I think it could be my new favorite cocktail. Definitely a great stop in Dublin!

Absolutely interesting tour where you learn about how Jameson whiskey is Made. Location directly in the City, easy to geht there and decorated very lovely. The only thing that Coupe be a bit better is the tasting ("Standard"-tour), in my opinion that was a bit to fast with to less time to taste and talk about what you taste.

I did enjoy it; however, I felt that very little was included for the price compared with other experiences I’ve done at Jameson. The experience that included blending whiskey and tasting it with ice cream or chocolate seemed to offer better value. Overall, though, I liked it—the guide was great fun and very knowledgeable.
