• Luggage: Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the venue.

• Pets: Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

• Additional drinks: Additional drinks beyond those included in your ticket must be purchased separately.

• Add-ons: Wine and cocktail pairing is not included unless purchased as an add-on.

Singapore Flyer Tickets

• Prohibited: Outside food and drinks, sharp objects, flammable materials, explosives, weapons, illegal substances, large bags, pets (except service animals), and drones are strictly prohibited.

• Not allowed: Smoking, inappropriate dress (such as swimwear or overly revealing clothing), and professional photo or video equipment without prior permission are also not allowed.

• Prams and strollers: Prams and strollers are allowed inside the capsule.

• Timing: Guests are required to arrive at least 15 minutes before their booked time slot.

• Duration: The duration of the dining experience is approximately 2 hours.

• Child tickets: Children’s tickets are available only for family-friendly brunch sessions; there are no explicit age restrictions for other sessions, but children’s tickets are not available outside brunch.

• Transport: Transportation to and from the venue is not included.

• App: You can download the app upon arrival to explore nearby landmarks and cultural icons with augmented reality (AR), snap fun photos, and earn rewards, all exclusively from within the Singapore Flyer capsule.

• VIP Lounge: Admission requirements state that all guests must check in at the VIP Lounge (Level 1) before their scheduled flight time.

• Terminal: The Time Capsule has been transformed into a fully immersive pre-flight experience. Admission to the Singapore Flyer now begins at Level 1 of the retail terminal building.
