Excellent tour. Instructions given was precise Got the train on time Entrance to the castle was smooth and uncomplicated The castle itself was awesome, breathtaking and astounding. The staff were very helpful. The grounds were clean and very organized. I had a great day out. Thank you.

The castle was a lot of fun with beautiful views. The que at the North Terrace was very long. It was too cold and windy to leave visitors standing outside for more than an hour, but we stood there anyway. Photography was forbidden in the castle. That was a big disappointment. We would have appreciated more information from Headout as we have never traveled by rail.

Guide pas très sympa son anglais a été difficile à comprendre et il nous a fait descendre du bus loin du point de départ sans aucune explications. Par contre le bus était très confortable et les billets ont très bien fonctionné
