Actually we didn't take a cruise after all because the whales had already left the area, but we were pleasently supprised how the booking was handled. Early information about the status of our booked trip, regarding whales in the area. After it was clear that the whales had left, we were automatically switched to a simple fjord cruise with the option for a full refund. The refund was then quickly executed and easy. We would try our luck with the whales again with this company.

Our fantastic guide Mario gave us plenty of interesting and humorous facts about whales, helped point out where they are, which led to us seeing an amazing show of Orcas and Humpback whales right next to the ship. Not only that, but right before disembarking Mario pointed out that we should be able to see the Northern Lights, which we got to enjoy just a few minutes after leaving the dock. As for other things - chairs are comfortable, you can get hot water to make some noodles, we were very comfortable!

The crew was amazing! They gave a lot of information and took the time to talk to participants and answer questions. We could sit nice and warm and take some refreshments. As soon as there were orcas and humpback whales in view they carefully approached to not scare away and disturb the animals. They gave us a lot of time to watch the whale's and turned the boat so everyone had the chance to see them properly. The crew was relaxed and friendly. Just an amazing experience!

Aucune déception lors de cette sortie en mer, la météo était avec nous, les accompagnants étaient disponibles, accueillants et investis. Le point de rencontre avec les animaux nous permet de voir les côtes norvégienne au levé du jour et nous avons eu la chance de profiter du spectacle de plusieurs groupes d'orques et de baleines! Nous avons également eu le temps de les observer pour en profiter pleinement. Nous conseillons cette excursion.

Great crew, friendly and open minded. Good information od what we're expecting to see. The crew had a wide knowledge about the arctic wateranimals and Mario was always eager to give responses on additional questions. We saw a lot of orcas and bucklewhales. It was just an unforgettable experience. At the return we could see awesome polarlights. Besides: the atmosphere and the landscape was gorgeous! Tour fully recomendable.

Uno de los mejores tours que hemos hecho en Tromso. El viaje en barco es increible porque vas viendo los fiordos espectaculares y si sale en eol como fue nuestro caso es mas increible todavia. El barco estaba preparado para el día y ofrecia vistas desde dentro y desde fuera . Vimos pocas ballenas porque ya se acaba el periodo pero los paisajes supliero con creces nuestras espectatrivas. Muy recomendable!!!

Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass mehr über die Wale, Fjorde etc. berichtet wird. Es gab Bildschirme, über die jediglich Sicherheitshinweise abgespielt wurden. Hier hätte man auch eine Dokumentation zB abspielen können. Leider hatten wir kein Glück Wale zu beobachten. Wir hatten uns extra für dieses Schiff entschieden um schneller und weiter fahren zu können. Natürlich gibt es keine Garantie, da es aber Ende der Saison war, wurde nicht wie beworben eine weitere Fahrt oder Preisreduzierung angeboten. Zudem fand ich es interessant, dass mitgebrachte Speisen lt Homepage nicht gestattet seien, aber das wohl doch gestattet ist? Unbedingt eine halbe Stunde früher kommen, um einen Fensterplatz zu bekommen, wobei diese voller Schnee und beschlagen waren. Sitze sind bequem. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Würde das nächste Mal aber eine andere Tour buchen.

Friendly crew, immaculate views of the nature. Unfortunately we only saw a spermwhale but the cruise was still worth it. Raul made sure to try his hardest to make sure everyone knew when to go outside on deck and where to look whether it's for the whale, the sunset or the mountains and always had a joke at hand and Lorenzo was very caring towards people who felt seasick. Saw the northern lights towards the end of our journey after the sun had set. If I ever come back I'd love to book this trip again, maybe I'll get more lucky seeing whales next time.
