Always a joy to go to Magic Kingdom. Unfortunately the park closed at 6pm for Halloween celebrations which we were not aware of so I recommend doing more research than we did. Food in the Pinocchio Cafe was not good and came out cold. Also we had technical issues connecting our tickets to our passes and were asked for our passports which we didn't have with us although fortunately they did accept photos of them. Apart from that a fabulous day. Customer services were fantastic and I highly recommend Tron.

Everything went very smoothly. Downloaded the tickets and turned into the first park Animal Kingdom. We were given the cards and went to the second d park. No problem. Still have one more day to use the second day. Very much looking forward to it.

Everything went really smooth, tickets arrived very quickly, instructions were clear and the price was really good compared to the Disney website. I especially liked the free cancelation option which is very rare with these kind of tickets.

My ticket is showing as completed in the app after the first use when the ticket is for 2 days. This is confusing and concerning. I feel the ticket should show as complete after the 2nd day of use.

What to bring

What’s not allowed

Alcoholic drinks, illegal substances, and any type of weapon are strictly prohibited.

Large suitcases, coolers, or bags exceeding 24" (L) x 15" (W) x 18" (H) are not allowed.

Drones, remote-control toys, skateboards, scooters, and inline skates are prohibited inside the parks.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

Inappropriate swimwear, or swimwear with buckles, rivets, zippers, exposed metal, or other sharp objects, is not allowed in the water park.

Jeans and wetsuits are not permitted on certain water park rides.

Loose or dry ice and glass containers are not allowed inside the parks.

Accessibility

The parks offer full wheelchair accessibility, with accessible entrances and facilities throughout.

Accessible and companion restrooms are available in multiple locations.
