Always a joy to go to Magic Kingdom. Unfortunately the park closed at 6pm for Halloween celebrations which we were not aware of so I recommend doing more research than we did. Food in the Pinocchio Cafe was not good and came out cold. Also we had technical issues connecting our tickets to our passes and were asked for our passports which we didn't have with us although fortunately they did accept photos of them. Apart from that a fabulous day. Customer services were fantastic and I highly recommend Tron.

Everything went very smoothly. Downloaded the tickets and turned into the first park Animal Kingdom. We were given the cards and went to the second d park. No problem. Still have one more day to use the second day. Very much looking forward to it.

We had a great experience booking our Walt Disney World tickets through Headout! The process was quick and easy, the tickets arrived without any issues, and entry to the parks was completely smooth. My ticket is showing as completed in the app after the first use when the ticket is for 2 days. This is confusing and concerning. I feel the ticket should show as complete after the 2nd day of use.

What to bring

Carry a valid photo ID that matches the name on your booking for entry.

Wear comfortable walking shoes, bring sunscreen, and dress appropriately for the weather to enjoy a full day at the park.

Have your mobile device ready with the official Disney app installed for park maps, wait times, and mobile ticket access.

What’s not allowed

Alcoholic beverages, illegal substances, and weapons of any type are strictly prohibited.

Large suitcases, coolers, and bags exceeding 24" (length) x 15" (width) x 18" (height) are not permitted.

Drones, remote-control devices, skateboards, scooters, and inline skates are not allowed inside the parks.

Pets are prohibited, except for registered service animals.

Accessibility

All parks offer wheelchair access, with accessible entrances and facilities throughout.

Accessible and companion restrooms are available at various locations.

Service animals are welcome in most areas; please review park guidelines for attraction-specific restrictions.

Additional information

Admission tickets are valid for 4 days, beginning on the date selected at purchase (including that date). You must enter the park on the selected date, and any remaining days on a multi-day ticket can be used within the ticket’s validity period.

All visitors are required to pass through security screening before entering.

Guests under 14 years old must be accompanied by someone aged 14 or older.

Re-entry on the same day is allowed with a valid ticket and a hand stamp.

Stroller rentals are available at the park entrance.
