Un servicio de recogida muy puntual, el transporte muy seguro y cómodo, así como el punto de encuentro muy bien ubicado. El servicio que se ofrece es muy conveniente porque te permite visitar tranquilamente todo el Palacio de Versalles y te regresan a cualquier punto de encuentro.

Ben organizzato, senza perdita di tempo, facile da trovare. Versailles stupenda va assolutamente vista. Molto gentili le guide che ti fanno entrare in autobus appena arrivi , evitando di prendere freddo aspettando tutti.

It's nice but I wished if they give us at least water it was a long trip and at the end I forgot where to wait and I couldn't remember our crew I kept waiting and searching everywhere I just remember the woman who took us at the beginning but she didn't come to pick us but thank god I stayed with a random group and when the bus came I asked them if they are the same group and the guide looked to my ticket and approved 😰

Fui en otoño y si bien no pude observar las flores de los jardines aún así me pareció hermoso e imponente, me gustaría para vivir una experiencia 360 la utilización de vestuario o tomar una taza de té en los jardines.

I went with my husband, 21 year old Son and my parents. To start with the meeting point that had been clear ever since I booked the tour, suddenly changed. I don't know if it was an issue with me or not but we just made it. There were still people arriving after us so we weren't alone but it meant we were late leaving. The journey was good and it was a lovely coach. When we arrived our guide, Francois, was absolutely fantastic, so passionate and knowledgeable about Versailles. He was funny and gave us facts aswell as his opinions. We actually ran into him in the Louvre the next day and he remembered us , then twice again later on. Lovely man. Anyway after the tour of the main palace we were allowed to wander round the gardens and they were beautiful, with several places to stop and have something to eat or drink. Unfortunately the fountains were either completely empty or half empty and not working which was a shame. Apart from that and not being collected on the way back, it was a lovely day. Be prepared for a lot of walking though! Would definitely recommend, just check meeting points.

Wear comfortable walking shoes, as the Palace and gardens require extensive walking.

What’s not allowed

Food and drinks are not allowed inside the Palace of Versailles.

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted inside the Palace for security reasons.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Accessibility

This experience is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Additional information

Entry is by timed ticket, allowing you to skip the line at the Palace and gardens.

Access to the Musical Gardens or Fountain Show is included from April to October.

Cafés and restaurants are available near the Palace for meals, but these are not included in your ticket.
