Super beautiful and detailed palace. A true step above any other palace I've seen in Europe. You could spend the whole day there. We got a guide through Paris Tickets and it gave so much context to what we were seeing which made the experience so special. Our tour guide Flor was so so so funny and was good at blending the factual details of the rooms with what she called the celebrity gossip, which included interesting stories about the real people who lived in the palace

finding the meeting place was easy with clear instructions, tour began five minutes late due to traffic, but tour guide, Francois, was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He was a little difficult to understand with the accent so I wish he would get some tutoring to work on that. I also would have preferred to be told what I was looking at specifically and not his opinions on what was politically happening at the time.

Very difficult to find find the tour operators at the spot. International tourists phone connections may not help them to reach out and call. Simple way is to send the tickets to directly to customer will help. I ended up buying tickets from counter and completed my visit. One hour roaming around and stress in the hot sun. Not worth it.

We booked the tour, got confirmation right away. There was a contact information, that we very much needed as we were running late and did not know the exact meeting point. our guide (Paul) was great. He could tell the story in interesting way, took very good care of our group. Very much recommand the tour!

Contacted us to check that we were on the way, good earphones to listen to Andre's running commentary - which was excellent - and guided through the Palace crowds.. Worked well for us...but needed another day or two to do the rest of Versailles!

The tour started in time, was not rushed by the partner or the guide. Also well spaced to give us time during the tour. Guide was well knowledgeable and was open to questions and gave us a good background before we started.

We had a great time visiting the Versailles, although it was very (too) busy and with 33 degrees and no shade it was Hell to wait in the burning sun without any protection. I Would therefore recommend to install a tent for all the waiting People, and also I would recomment to limit the number of visitors, Kind regards, Erik van Leeuwen Pays-Bas

The entry was very smooth , we found our guide easily. I struggled to understand the guide as his accent was very strong but he was very friendly and lead us thru the palace confidently explaining things as we went. I totally enjoyed my day. Thankyou

Note: The Passport ticket grants access to the Palace, the Trianon Estate, Gallery of Coaches, Royal Tennis Court, temporary exhibitions and the gardens. From 1 April to 31 October, it also includes entry to the Musical Fountains shows.
