Outstanding experience from start to finish! Booking through Headout was incredibly easy, and everything was perfectly organized. The guided Eiffel Tower tour exceeded my expectations in every way. Our guide was excellent—friendly, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, knew exactly how to navigate the crowds. While other visitors were waiting in long lines, we were efficiently guided through the process, saving a significant amount of time and making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The guide also shared fascinating stories and insights about the Eiffel Tower and Paris, which made the visit much more meaningful than simply going up on our own. La visite de la Tour Eiffel est une vraie balade , bien guidée , bien organisée... sans comparaison aux files d'attente avec ou sans billets..! Pour le bateau... une heure est amplement suffisante, encore juste faut-il connaître les horaires de sorties ! Excellente expérience !

Het bezoek aan Versailles was goed. Al hadden we verwacht wat meer ingerichte kamers te zien. Het was wel zeer druk, dus je moet wat geduld hebben. Het bezoek aan de tuinen is zeker de moeite waard. Daar kan je een flinke wandeling maken en ontdek je hier en daar iets.

The meeting place came forth as a bit weird due to being in a side street near stairs about 5 min walking from the Eifel tower (but legit) Our guide was friendly and had good knowledge about the history of the Eifel tower and made everyone feel welcome on arrival as well as during the tour. Quick access through the gates and almost no waiting time to go up into the tower. Beautiful views from above.

Caminar por sus salones, admirar la majestuosidad de la Galería de los Espejos y recorrer sus jardines perfectamente diseñados es una experiencia que realmente impresiona y transporta a otra época. Además de la belleza incomparable del lugar, queremos destacar el excelente servicio y la organización que tuvimos durante toda la experiencia. Nos encantó la forma en que fuimos tratados y lo fácil que resultó todo el proceso de ingreso. Las entradas fueron adquiridas a través de Headout⁠� y sinceramente fue una decisión acertada. Todo estuvo muy bien coordinado, con información clara, acceso rápido y una atención que nos permitió disfrutar la visita sin preocupaciones ni contratiempos. Our guide, Abi, was very good. Informative, succinct, amusing. We travelled to the top of the tower. Great views. Would have been nice to have info at top of tower naming places we were able to see from top. Instead it gave distances to other countries. Not very useful. There were too many people, as there are everywhere. We tried not to let us spoil this exclusive experience. We were told we could see Eiffel's office but we did not see this. No clear guidance as to where it was. I assume on first or second floor. We did explore these floors but the crowds make it uncomfortable. Used stairs to get to bottom. Great to have had the experience. Headout should have made it clear on the website that the Seine Cruise (included in our ticket) could be taken by us at any time. I think within year, but we did it slightly later that day. The knowledge would have helped us plan the day. Cruise was enjoyable but would have been much better with live vocal guide over tannoy as opposed to handheld guides that didn't work too well. Also, too many people crammed onto the boat. The same problem everywhere - too many people!!! However, we are very glad to have had the Eiffel Tower & Seine Cruise experience. Thank you.

The ticket is in time. Although I have been late they accepted me in the entrance of Versailles. The narrator of the guide was perfect. But my mobiles buttery have been finished before the end of the guided tour and I had problem with that because I didn't have mobile access for the rest of the day!! Only 12% buttery it's not safe for my life if I was going to have help for something!!
