Booked a 2 hour tour with a small group and anbarcheologist guide. He was wonderful. He spent 3 hours with us. So many incredible details and his knowledge was extensive. Really strongly recommend.

Very interesting tour. Large group so somewhat slow going but guide had plenty of interesting stories along the way. Would recommend, unless your claustrophobic.

Tutto super! Tour organizzatissimo e puntualissimo. La Napoli sotterranea è praticamente una città al di sotto del livello stradale. Se avrete il coraggio (ve lo consiglio) di affrontare quello che le guide definiscono il "percorso difficile", potrete ammirare delle vasche piene di acqua a oltre 50 metri sotto terra!

La visita resultó muy interesante. Nuestra guía se expresaba con mucha teatralidad y conocimiento, nos encantó. Merece la pena invertir hora y media en conocer esta faceta oculta de Nápoles. A pesar de reservar con antelación, nos tocó esperar casi media hora. Los 15 min de antelación más los 15 min de retraso en entrar.

Food and drinks are not allowed inside Sansevero Chapel and Napoli Sotterranea.

Photography, videography, and camera equipment are strictly prohibited inside the chapel.

You can take photographs inside Napoli Sotterranea but flash photography and tripods are strictly prohibited.

Accessibility

Napoli Sotterranea

The Napoli Sotterranea guided tour is not wheelchair accessible or stroller-friendly since guests need to descend 136 steps and walk along narrow passages to see the attraction.

The tour is not recommended for pregnant women or those with serious medical conditions like heart problems.

If you’re claustrophobic, you may find the tunnels uncomfortable.

Sansevero Chapel Museum & Veiled Christ

The Sansevero Chapel Museum is not fully wheelchair accessible.

A narrow spiral staircase leading to a room containing the anatomical models is not ideal for the disabled.

Pets, with the exception of service animals, are not allowed inside the attractions.
