Faites la visite des jardins c'est exceptionnel et en petit groupe donc très agréable ! J'ai eu peur avant le rendez-vous car ce n'était pas très clair, en fait le point de rendez-vous est dans le musée après les contrôles de sécurité, c'est là qu'il fallait se présenter avec le e-billet au moins 25 minutes avant l'heure de rendez-vous (il faut prendre en compte la durée de la queue à faire avant d'arriver aux contrôles de sécurité). Ensuite on est complètement pris en charge et c'est très rassurant. Un petit plus inattendu: nous avons eu l'audioguide dans la langue voulue à bord du mini-bus. Le personnel était très courtois, toutes les conditions étaient reunies pour se sentir bien. Ensuite nous avons été laissés à l'entrée des visites comme annoncé.

Bought the vatican garden, vatican museums and sistine chapel "skip the queue" tickets. Garden tour is short but nice, museums....too many, but still excellent. The artist rooms leading to the sistine chapel are awe inspiring, you can photo or video everything except the sistine.....DONT QUEUE!!! PREBOOK YOUR TICKETS!!! If you dont prebook you will be standing and queueing for two hours or more in the baking sun amid heavy traffic, being constantly harrassed by on the street tour guides. Be wise and be early and spend your short wait time sitting across from the vatican museum entrance enjoying an ice cream or a cool drink in the shade. The prebooked "skip the queue" ticket price is worth the avoidance of the queues alone.

I loved skipping the lines to get into the museums and see everything, but it was more of an entry fee than a tour. There was no tour guide or audio; it was a self-guided walkthrough. The gardens were interesting and pretty, but it would have been nice if the bus had stopped occasionally so we could get out and enjoy the view better. A lot of the view was on one side of the bus or the other. Headout provided the ticket, but the museum provided the entrance and bus tour, so we can't blame Headout for what we received. I would recommend adding a stop or two to let people appreciate the gardens and fountains more, as well as audio for the museums included.

Fue excelente especialmente la chica de la oficina que valida los tours que corrió conmigo para llegar a tiempo al bus que hace el recorrido por los jardines del Vaticano, pues llegué retrasada porque había mucho atasco en Roma y también la lluvia. Quedo contenta y agradecida

Todo el museo fue una experiencia única, fue fascinante ver las esculturas y los mosaicos, ver cada detalle es increíble, tanta perfección en los acabados, sin tener en esa epoca los materiales para su elaboración, sobre todo los detalles y pintura en el salón Egipcio, figuras diminutas detalladas a perfección en piedra o madera.
