Besonders positiv war die gute Kommunikation und Information über die kurzfristige Änderung des Ablaufs, da es an diesem Tag einen Einsatz der Wasserschutzpolizei und dadurch eine temporäre Sperrung des Schiffsverkehrs gab. Die gepolsterten Stühle waren bequem und in Reihen angeordnet. Durch die freie Platzwahl und die kleinen Tische war die Sitzsituation angenehm. Getränke und Snacks konnten während der Fahrt bestellt werden. Die Live-Moderation durch Andreas war ein besonderes Highlight: humorvoll, informativ und abwechslungsreich. Er erzählte interessante Anekdoten, beantwortete Fragen und sorgte dafür, dass sowohl die Hin- als auch die Rückfahrt kurzweilig und unterhaltsam waren. Insgesamt eine sehr gelungene Schifffahrt mit guter Organisation, freundlichem Service und einem tollen Guide. Wir haben uns sehr gut unterhalten gefühlt und würden die Fahrt jederzeit weiterempfehlen.AAntonia G
Group予約確認済み4 日前5/5It was well organized, the tour guide was charming and knowledgeable. We enjoyed a glass of wine and a beer served by the cruise bar staff who were fantastic. The cruise is definitely worth experiencing as you get to see and learn about Berlin from a unique view. After the cruise, we were inspired to walk along the river and find some of the restaurants we saw while on board. It was a great experience, I would recommend it.
