Très bon service, nous avons été servi par Rachid qui était très professionnel et gentil, tous le personnel était très sympathique, le massage au top, la nourriture excellente, nous avons pris 6 h car nous avions une escale de 10h 30, je recommande et nous étions déjà venu dans ce salon il y a 1 an.

I was lucky to book with Headout First Class Lounge. Their amenities and the price both were commendable. The food and drinks were well stocked with a variety of options. The cleanliness of the place and the aesthetics also was pleasing. Maybe a few loungers/ recliners would be a great addition. I stayed there for 14 hours so definitely was missing that bit.

Service was very good ...as soon as i installed esik it started working and gave me no issues in two countries -Malaysia and Bali...even on different islands we could get some sort of connectivity mostly...very happy and will recommend it to everyone.

Premium lounge is centrally located and the staff at check in were friendly and helpful. Although a busy lounge, my husband and I were able to find comfortable seats to spend our 3 hr transit. The food and snacks available were good and therefore we felt the value of purchasing the lounge passes was excellent.

J ai du payer 2 fois le lounge pour 2 personnes car j ai réservé 1 première fois à 8 h am mais je voulais dire 8 pm je me suis rendu compte immédiatement de mon erreur la société n a rien voulu entendre et j ai du faire une deuxième réservation pour 8 pm et payer une deuxième fois je trouve ça très très malhonnête
