• Latecomers and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

• Children aged 9 and above are charged the adult rate.

• Children aged 0 to 4 can travel free if they do not occupy a separate seat.

• A compulsory boatman tip of VND 50,000 per person is payable separately.
