We enjoyed the experience and were pleased how accommodating they were when we had to change our booking at the last minute due to illness. The experience is ideal for single travellers as there is no space in the changing rooms for 2 or more people. The relax area should not be bench seating like a sauna with fabric cushions. There seems to be plenty of room so a couple of sun loungers would be better. It would be better to have the Turkish tea upstairs instead of the Spa reception. Nevertheless it was just the tonic at the end of our city break. Thank you.

It was clean and very welcoming. The bath began with a hot room. I was worried that it would be too hot. It was just fine. The the lady came to me with her scrubber, I can't remember the name, and scrubbed 76 years of old skin from me. After that I was completely covered with bubbles and the masssge began. I signed up for a 45 minute treatment so the massage was on the short side. Then she tossed buckets of water all over me. She washed my hair and more warm water was tossed. She then lead me to a quiet area where tea and Turkish delight was offered. Soon thereafter I went back to my locker, got dressed, and if I wanted to fix my hair the tools were available. I chose an 8 PM appointment so I could just walk back to the hotel. I sure slept well that night. I very highly praise the procedure and this hamman was terrific. We need to have these in the states!
