Our tour guide Stavvie was incredible. She timed our your well, ensured breaks and shade were accessed and most importantly, had a wealth of historical knowledge.

We went on the English speaking tour and had Vaso as our guide. She was extremely knowledgeable about the monasteries the local area and geology which was an added bonus. Inside the chapels, is the most beautiful artwork and intricate carvings I have ever seen. For me, my favourite places were St Barbara and St Stephan. Everywhere you look there is so much history and so much work that has gone into building these sanctuaries. I 100% recommend this tour. Is it a long day? Yes it is. Is it worth it? 1000% yes. Book the tour, you will not be disappointed.

The displays are thoughtfully arranged, allowing visitors to fully appreciate both the historical significance and artistic beauty of each piece. The National Archaeological Museum in Athens is a world-class institution that exceeds expectations in every way. Its excellent organization, dedicated and knowledgeable staff, and breathtaking collections make it an absolute must-see for anyone visiting Athens. I wholeheartedly recommend this museum and look forward to returning in the future. This visit was a special gift for my 17-year-old son, who has a deep interest in Greece, and it made the experience even more meaningful and memorable for both of us.
