Muy recomendable. Fuimos en auto y el parking es lo suficientemente grande como para aparcar sin tener que dar vueltas buscando lugar. No tuvimos que esperar mas de 3 minutos para ingresar y que nos explicaran todo. El personal es muy correcto y claro. Las instalaciones de vestuarios son enormes pero limpias y todo esta facil de entender. La parte de las piscinas es espectacular al igual que los saunas pero creo que hay demasiada gente. No pudimos hacernos masajes, no habia disponibilidad. No sé si los masajes se pueden prereservar. La comida muy buena. Pasamos un muy lindo rato. Volveremos!!!

Everything was perfect! It was our first time visiting Therme Bucharest and everything went smoothly!! The staff were all nice, the place was clean and the vibes were amazing! It was a very good experience overall, and we would love to visit again in the future! The coctails were delicious as well! We really enjoyed it and we definately felt relaxed, calm, and peaceful afterwards. We recommend the Palm area, and it's close to the airport, so we saved time by coming straight to Therme when we arrived in Bucarest.

Had an amazing time at Therme Bucharest Palm Zone! The atmosphere was beautiful and so relaxing. I especially loved the upstairs area with the special therapeutic lights for the skin—such a unique experience. Perfect place to unwind and enjoy the day!

This visit to Therme Bucharest was the absolute highlight of my trip to Bucharest. The whole place feels like a tropical escape, with palm trees, warm thermal pools, and a really relaxing atmosphere from the moment you walk in. I especially loved how many different areas there are to explore — from quiet relaxation zones to more lively pools and saunas. It never felt boring, and you can easily spend hours just moving from one spot to another. The sauna sessions were a big highlight too, with different themes and rituals that made the experience feel a bit more special. One thing I really appreciated was how clean and well-organized everything was, even though I visited on a busier day. That said, it can get a bit crowded at times, especially in the popular zones, and prices for food and drinks inside are on the higher side. I’d recommend bringing flip-flops and being ready to walk around quite a bit, as the complex is huge. Overall, an experience I’d absolutely recommend — relaxing, unique, and definitely worth it!

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID or birth certificate for infants, children, and youth for age verification at entry.

Bring a swimsuit, towel, and clean flip-flops for access to the spa center.

What’s not allowed

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Additional information

For access to the spa center, you are required to have a swimsuit, towels, and clean flip-flops. These items can also be rented on-site.

Children under 14 years are allowed only in the Galaxy area and must be accompanied by an adult.

Guests with heart problems or other serious medical conditions are not permitted to participate.

Private lockers, changing rooms, and storage for large suitcases are available.
