It was a great experience! I highly recommend the view! Glad I did it and spent early evening and sunset. Enjoyed some coffee and just kept walking around. Wish the new surprise was ready when I went so I'll be back to experience the glass view ..

Unkomplizierter Einlass, freundliche Mitarbeiter die stets weiter geholfen haben. Ausblick war sehr schön und es war auch nicht überfüllt. Leider wurde ein Teilbereich gesperrt sodass wir nicht die gesamte Plattform nutzen konnte.

Skip the regular queues with fast-track entry to The View at The Palm and reach the Level 52 observation deck in just 3 minutes via a high-speed elevator.

Take in views of Palm Jumeirah, the Arabian Gulf and Dubai’s skyline through the deck’s angled windows, or step onto one of eight glass ledges at The Ledge (Level 52), extending 1.5m beyond the deck for a straight-down view.

Climb two flights of stairs to the Level 54 rooftop for open-air, 360° views of Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina and the city skyline, without glass windows in the way.

Fun fact: Satellite imagery and GPS technology helped guide the construction of Palm Jumeirah, ensuring its distinctive palm tree shape as sand was deposited into the sea.

A glimpse of what awaits you

Once inside, walk through an underwater tunnel filled with marine displays, then explore the interactive museum and exhibition gallery to learn about the engineering behind Palm Jumeirah and how this iconic island was built.

The view on Level 52

Take the high-speed lift to Level 52, 240 metres above the ground, for views of Palm Jumeirah’s trunk, 16 fronds and crescent, along with the Arabian Gulf and Dubai skyline. Look through the angled glass panels or step onto one of eight glass ledges at The Ledge (Level 52), which extend 1.5 metres beyond the viewing deck and offer a direct view of the island below.

Climb to The Next Level

Climb two flights of stairs to Level 54 for an open-air rooftop experience with unobstructed, 360° views of Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, Ain Dubai and the surrounding skyline. On a clear day, you may even spot the Burj Khalifa. With no glass panels between you and the outdoors, you can take in Dubai’s landmarks from a different perspective.

Please enter at the time slot you have booked. You can not enter during prime hours with a non-prime hour ticket.

Timings

Admission timings: 10am to 7pm, with the last entry at 6:30pm.

Non-prime hours: Oct 1 2026 onwards: 9am – 3pm, and 7pm (Closing time at 7:30 pm)

Prime hours: Oct 1 2026 onwards: 3:30pm – 6:30pm (Closing time 7:30 pm)
