Schnelle Eingangskontrolle. Fahrstuhl fährt wirklich schnell hoch, aber 1 mal bei der hälfte Fahrstuhlwechsel. Oben eine super Aussicht! Es gibt Getränke mit und ohne Alkohol sowie Kuchen. Preise sind ok. Es lohnt sich wirklich hoch zu fahren. Das 1 Foto welches inklusive ist, ist ein Witz. Keine Motivauswahl, die Personen sind drauf und ein unscharfenr Hintergrund.

Great experience at The Shard! The atmosphere and air conditioning were very comfortable. We visited both the 68th and 69th floors, and the nearly 360° view from the top was amazing. The menu had good variety and it’s also suitable for families with children. Next time I’d love to visit at sunset to see the city lights.

The overall experience was disappointing. Staff at the bottom were rude. We showed up 15-20 minutes in advance of our ticket time as instructed and we told to come back only 5 minutes beforehand. There were no crowds or reasons to turn us away. Upstairs there is an entire side of the view obstructed by the bar which was very disappointing.

There will be no stair free access between Levels 68 and 69 between April 6 and May 31, 2026.

This may affect guests with limited mobility or wheelchair users, as alternative step-free routes will not be available during these times.

Additional partial closures of areas within the viewing platforms may also occur.

Level 72 will remain closed throughout the maintenance period.
