TeamLab Planets war für uns ein "Muss " auf dieser Reise...aber wir hatten nicht damit gerechnet das dieses Event für eine ganze Woche im voraus ausgebucht sein würde. Das Kombiticket , für den gewählten Tag ohne Zeitfenster war die Rettung !! Und ohne Zeitfenster das entspannteste was man sich im Urlaub wünschen kann! Zwar musste man - ablaufbedingt- trotzdem etwas warten, war alles aber - typisch japanisch- super organisiert. Das Abend Ticket für den Skytree war dann völlig easy. Hingehen, durchgehen ohne anstehen, genießen! Schade ist, das man in der Sky Bar / Cafe keine Sitzplätze hat. Alles in allem hatten wir einen perfekten Tag, dank des Kombiticket!

TeamLab Planets es una locura para los sentidos. Entrar descalzo y caminar literalmente sobre el agua rodeado de proyecciones de peces koi es algo que no se puede explicar con palabras. El jardín de orquídeas naturales flotantes y la sala de luces infinitas te hacen sentir dentro de un sueño. Es súper interactivo y relajante. Después, el cambio de perspectiva al subir a la Tokyo Skytree es impresionante. Ver la inmensidad de Tokio desde más de 350 metros de altura te deja sin aliento, especialmente si subes al atardecer para ver cómo se enciende la ciudad. Además, tuvimos la suerte de ver el Monte Fuji al fondo.

Begin at the designated entrance for teamLab Planets, where staff will validate your ticket and guide you inside. After your visit, head to your selected observation deck—TOKYO SKYTREE or Tokyo Tower. Follow security procedures before ascending to the viewing platform.

What to expect

teamLab Planets

teamLab Planets is an interactive digital art museum where art, nature, and technology merge across six immersive zones. You’ll explore barefoot through mirrored spaces, floating flower gardens, and water-filled rooms that respond to your movement in real time.

Interactive Installations: Walk through glowing orbs, digital koi ponds, and mirrored rooms that shift as you move.

Multi-Sensory Zones: Explore four indoor zones and two outdoor garden areas, including the Forest and Flower Gardens.

Observation Deck (based on your selected option)

Choose between the futuristic TOKYO SKYTREE or the classic Tokyo Tower for a high-rise view of Tokyo’s skyline, with each offering a distinct experience:

TOKYO SKYTREE

Tembo Deck (350m): See Tokyo from above with panoramic views and glass panels perfect for photos.

Tembo Galleria (450m): Upgrade to access the spiraling glass skywalk at the very top of the tower.

Tokyo Tower

Main Deck (150m): Enjoy retro charm and central views from one of Tokyo’s most iconic landmarks.

What to bring

teamLab Planets

Wear pants to avoid reflections on mirrored floors. Skirts and wide-legged clothing are not recommended.

Clothes may get wet. Bring a change of clothes or wear quick-dry clothing, especially for children.

What’s not allowed

Large bags, food and beverages, and sharp objects are not permitted inside the exhibition.

Eating, drinking, and smoking are strictly prohibited within the venue.

Pets, including guide dogs, are not allowed.

Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue.

TOKYO SKYTREE

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

Keep in mind drones are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

Tokyo Tower

Pets (except service dogs) cannot tag along on this experience.

Strollers must be left in the designated area before entering. Baby carriers are permitted inside the exhibition.

Guests with wheelchairs will be requested to transfer to the venue's available wheelchairs once inside. The number of available wheelchairs is limited. These wheelchairs are standard models without fastening devices.

This experience is not recommended for visitors with light sensitivity, back issues, or cardiac conditions. Some areas of the venue are not accessible to pregnant women.

TOKYO SKYTREE

This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

Wheelchairs can be borrowed on-site, but are subject to availability.

Your guide dogs and service dogs are welcome at the venue.

Tokyo Tower

This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

Accessible restrooms are available on the 2nd floor of the Tokyo Tower Main Deck.

Some areas require you to go barefoot. Please remove your shoes before entering.

Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Staff may ask guests to leave if they stay too long during busy periods.

Facilities: Free lockers for small items & 1-hour free weekday parking are included.

Please arrive at the venue's entrance at the designated date and time printed on your ticket and line up in the admission queue.

The time printed on your ticket is your entry time, not the duration of your stay inside the museum.

Visitors must pass through a baggage check and metal detector on entering the building.

Same-day admission tickets must be reserved at least 30 minutes in advance.

Lockers are available at a fee.
