The view from the tower is phenomenal! It is nicely decorated, and everything is clean! The restaurant should be visited, if possible in the evening, because the view of illuminated Sydney is equal to New Year's Eve, even when it's not! In the evening, the restaurant in the dome also turns around, so you can enjoy a 360° view of the city from a bird's eye perspective, with a glass of wine in hand and without having to move. I recommend buying tickets online through Headout, because in that case you just go to the tower and don't have to wait in line, and the tickets will be sent by email and on Whats app.

We went up the Sydney tower eye at sunset, we were unsure how easy the process would be given it's third party status, but the tickets were indeed official and the check in for the experience was super easy, we were given instructions, and the tickets were emailed instantly. Customer service was great too, great day out :D

Alles in allem eine schöne Tour. Das Finde. Der Haltestellen warsehr mühsam, da die Beschilderungen meist zu unauffäoder garnivorhanden war. Ansonsten ein tolles Erlebnis.

Bus stop locations were well marked, buses on time +/-10mins usually depending on traffic, staff quite friendly and helpful. Great way to see some hi-lites of city when have limited time.

Red route bus am was great, information clear and the driver came and spoke a couple of times with information to customers. Well done driver. Blue route pm sadly driver got the information recordings mixed up and played some parts on repeat, great scenery but poor host on this route.

We used the ticket to do a circular tour of Sydney. That itself was ok although we stopped at 2 stops for well over 15 mins each so the whole journey took almost two hours (it says 45 to 1.30). The real time tracking of the buses isn't accurate. We waited at a stop for 40 mins before giving up and catching a "normal" bus. As the bus wasn't reliable we used it once in the 48 hours which made it massively expensive. The buses need to be more regular (meant to be 30 to 45 mins) and the live tracking needs to work. All in all not worth the £100 GBP cost.

What's not allowed

Sydney Tower Eye

Keep in mind large bags and loose items are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely! However, you can leave your bags with Westfield's concierge service if you need to.

Keep your camera tucked away – photography is strictly not allowed at the Skywalk.

Strict dress code: No skirts or dresses are allowed on the Skywalk experience. Only closed-in shoes, pants, or shoes allowed.

Accessibility

The lower decks of the buses are wheelchair accessible.

Ramps are available onboard and around the boarding areas for easy access.

Mobility scooters and large wheelchairs are not allowed on the buses.

Note that the combined weight of the customer, their assistant, and their mobility aid must be under 300 kg (660 lb) for safe boarding ramp use. The wheelchair must also fit within the designated seating area.

Just a heads up, each bus can only accommodate 1 wheelchair at a time. If there is already a passenger in a wheelchair, please wait for the next one.
