I received the tickets within an hour of purchasing them online, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout. We absolutely loved the ride! The team also took some great pictures of us and explained everything clearly before we started, which made the experience even more enjoyable. My 11-year-old son had an amazing time as well. Overall, it was a fun and memorable experience for us!

Hello. I booked the tickets on second day of the Eid Alfitr in Dubai, the kids where rushing me and after half an hour I called to make the process faster and they did sent the tickets after 10 mins 👍🏻. When I got there they told us that we cannot use any promotion or discounted tickets in Eid , there was a sign there and they didn't even want to apply Fazaa before , but we told them that our online tickets didn't refer to anything like this and really they checked the tickets and nothing mentioned that the discount doesn't apply in holidays, plus the tickets was for the same day no refund or cancellation, but thanks God the manager there was very cooperative. So made sure before you book that they will accept the promotion in holidays. Thanks
