Booking was easy, however, information on each type of ticket was rather ambiguous resulting in us booking another 4 tickets directly with Sovereign Hill for the 8.45pm show, to ensure we get to see the winter wonder lights. As it turned out however, the 5 - 7pm session included the winter wonder lights, so in fact we double booked to see the same show twice. Not happy.

We absolutely loved spending our day out. The lights and show put on was amazing. Our kids enjoyed their time panning for gold, making rainbow candles and learning about blacksmithing. We will definitely be back! Thankyou!

Rescheduling process was easy and straightforward. Necessity of downloading the app for viewing tickets was frustrating.
