incredibly well organized upon arrival- assuming the VIP purchase, private lounge, personal escort to the gondola, champagne upon enering and the enire gondola car to ourselves! Very smooth and well organized, worth the extra charge

Entry was smooth, the exhibit leading into the flyer was extraordinary! There were many workers along the way to ask questions too! The flyer itself was an amazing experience. Only challenge was needing to download the app to access the tickets which I didn't know until we arrived! What a beautiful city! And what an extraordinary way to see it!!

Regardless of your age 5 to 75 years of age this entire ticket was amazing value from sky High views to walking with dinosaurs 🦕 being with nature in blooming gardens and dazzling light shows this ticket provided it all. Thank you with a massive smile to all concerned.

From arrival until the time we left we were treated like VIPs. The whole experience was wonderful. The chocolates were delicious as were the Singapore Slings but the view from the gondolas was breathtaking. Would certainly recommend the experience.

The city is beautiful at night. Even though it was raining there was good visibility. Each capsule was comfortable and climate controlled. It was a really fun experience even before boarding.

Our VIP experience with the Singapore Flyer was unforgettable !!! At the entrance, we were greeted with a nice welcome by the staffs. The waiting lounge was very relaxable and cozy, then we proceeded to the Cab or POd, with an escort passing everyone waiting inline. I felt like a celebrity. As soon as we stepped into the Pod, a glasses of Champagne given to us the nice staffs. Up there was amazing! You could see the sourounding view around MBS. It was amazing. The ride was 30 min long and you could hardly notice the movement. My wife and I had a wonderful time.

Enter via the Level 1 entrance and validate your ticket at the counter. Before boarding, explore the Time Capsule gallery, an immersive pre-boarding experience about Singapore’s transformation.

What to expect

Singapore Flyer

Ride one of the world’s largest observation wheels rising 165m above the city.

Enjoy a smooth 30-min rotation in a spacious, air-conditioned capsule.

See Marina Bay Sands, Gardens by the Bay, Sentosa, the Singapore River, and Merlion Park.

On clear days, spot Malaysia and Indonesia in the distance.

Upgrades

Upgrade to VIP tickets for priority boarding, a themed capsule (subject to availability), gourmet chocolate by Janice Wong, and a Singapore Sling or Champagne.

What to bring

Your ticket (Single or Double Experience)

What's not allowed

Outside food and drinks, sharp objects, flammable materials, explosives, weapons, illegal substances, large bags, pets (except service animals), and drones are strictly prohibited.

Smoking, inappropriate dress (such as swimwear or overly revealing clothing), and professional photo or video equipment without prior permission are also not allowed.

Accessibility

The Singapore Flyer experience is wheelchair accessible.

Prams and strollers are allowed inside the capsule.

Additional information

You can download the app upon arrival to explore nearby landmarks and cultural icons with augmented reality (AR), snap fun photos, and earn rewards, all exclusively from within the Singapore Flyer capsule.

Admission requirements state that all guests must check in at the VIP Lounge (Level 1) before their scheduled flight time.

The Time Capsule has been transformed into a fully immersive pre-flight experience. Admission to the Singapore Flyer now begins at Level 1 of the retail terminal building.

Level 1: Dawn of Singapura, Maritime Silk Road, People of the Sea, Badang the Magnificent, Island Tales, The Singapore River, Under One Sky

Level 2: Peranakan Walk, Red Dot, Garden City Playground
