Una experiencia fantástica desde el primer momento. El embarque fue rápido y organizado, y el personal muy amable. Las vistas del skyline de Londres desde el agua son impresionantes, especialmente al pasar por el London Eye y el Tower Bridge. Me encantó la comodidad del barco, con asientos amplios y limpios. El trayecto fue tranquilo, ideal para relajarse y tomar fotos espectaculares. Recomiendo hacerlo al atardecer para disfrutar de los colores sobre el río. Sin duda, una forma única y moderna de explorar la ciudad. ¡Volvería a repetir!

If you're in London and especially if you're short of time this is a great way to see many of the iconic sites from the comfort of a boat sheltered from the elements. The craft run on a regular schedule so you don't have to wait ages, the cost is reasonable and the sites fabulous. It can get very busy and there's only one toilet, so be warned.

Tutto molto piacevole! La barca e' spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. Il bar molto alben attrezzato. Abbiamo ankirato Londra in una giornata un po' uggiosa stando comodamente seduti tra amici a chiacchierare. I bambini felicissimi di una gita in barca e una sosta per colorare, scattare foto. Insomma consigliata!

Both rides were really comfortable and enjoyable, views were great and my girlfriend and me really just had a great time. We were really tired from our travels so sitting in a warm boat really made our day.

What's not allowed

Sharp metallic tools or objects, inflammable objects and items over 2 meters in length are not allowed on this experience.

Accessibility

All the piers are step-free and wheelchair accessible except for Cadogan, London Bridge City, and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers.

All the boats are wheelchair, mobility scooter, and pram accessible, and use ramps for boarding.

There can be a maximum of four wheelchairs on the larger boats, and they can accommodate a further three folded wheelchairs. Electronic wheelchairs are also welcome.

All boats, except Star, Storm, and Sky Clipper, have accessible toilets.

If a carer’s assistance is required, a complimentary companion ticket is issued to match the primary ticket at any staffed ticket office.

Your guide dogs are welcome on the transport.

Additional information

Cash payments are not accepted at piers or at café bars. We recommend you order at the bar and pay with a card or payment device if you would prefer.

Children under the age of ten must remain with a supervising adult at all times.

Larger boats have baby-changing tables.
