It was a great easy ride around the city thanks to the captain. We liked how you timed the cruise so people could see the sunset just in time. Boarding was easy. The guide was informative but not intrusive in letting people enjoy the view to the nice music. It was a very pleasant experience and I will recommend to anyone I know who is visiting Chicago. It was truly the highlight of my visit.

The crew was fantastic, the host was truly knowledgeable and really funny too! He also gave really good tips for where to take the best pictures as we went. The Captain did a great job of timing the drive right past the lighthouse with a fantastic sunset. I will recommend to everyone I know! A very memorable last evening in. Chicago! Thank you!

One of the best birthdays to date. The line to board was long but their boarding process was so smooth that it didn't take long at all. The staff were very hospitable and knowledgeable. Best views of the city.

The cruise was amazing!! We even got a bonus to stay out and watch the fireworks! However, people are allowed to stand up and walk around; which was bad for the ones that wanted to stay seated because it was hard to see anything. We also had to sit at the "lock" for quite some time, both, coming out and then back in. Drinking was allowed; but not a lot of options were available. A bit expensive, too. There was an individual on the boat that had many, many drinks. He was sitting at the bottom of the boat with his legs out and we asked him if he could move them so we could walk to go inside the boat. He wouldn't. There was also a boat crew member standing there talking to him, and he too, thought it was funny that this man was so very intoxicated and wasn't allowing people to walk. In very poor taste, in my opinion. Perhaps a drinking limit per guest. Other then that, it was a very fun time and we WILL be back.
