I booked a 75-minute Chicago River Architecture cruise by shoreline through Headout and honestly had a great experience. The reservation was really quick and easy, and everything was pretty straightforward. When we got there, scanning our tickets was super easy and we had no issues at all. We just showed our tickets and got right in, which was nice because we didn’t have to worry about anything going wrong. The cruise was a really nice way to see Chicago from the river, and getting to know the history behind everything. Headout made the whole booking process really simple. I’d definitely use Headout again for another activity in Chicago. Everything went smoothly from booking to the actual cruise, and that’s really all you can ask for! 🌆🚤

We were disappointed because we thought we would be seeing fireworks going on the 9:15 boat but we went down the river and not the lake. HOWEVER, Charlie was SO awesome as a guide it was so worth it. He was better than fireworks. We are from Chicago so I think his humor was even more funny for a local but he was really great. It was such a fun trip. It's like the third or fourth architectural tour boat I've been on and it was my favorite of them all

The architectural river cruise was fantastic! We took the evening cruise. The buildings were magical, with clouds over the tops of several iconic buildings! Got some great Gotham vibes! Guide was a good mix of fun and informative. And we happened to hit the last fireworks show as we pullled into navy pier!

Excellent, detailed, and informative presentation by Alex. He is personable and funny. While we learned a tremendous amount about the planning, architecture and construction of Chicago's riverfront buildings and skyline, the boat trip itself was very relaxing.

Easy process for Ticketing to getting to the boarding area. Staff is helpful at every touch point. Sam was our tour guide and the best storyteller. We all get so lucky to be on the boat with him to listen to the story of a Chicago, the river, the evolution of the architecture and more. Simply Superb!

We went on The Architecture Cruise around sunset and it was perfection. Your guide was entertaining and informative. She had great energy and kept the passengers engaged. I highly recommend this tour. It really highlights the beauty of Chicago and its history.

The Chicago River Architecture Cruise was excellent. The guide had a lot of knowledge, was energetic and funny. The only issue was at the beginning of the tour, when our email had adress and pictures point to a wrong meeting point, so we had to walk around and ask the other touring companies workers on help to find the Shoreline meeting point.
