Steamboat cruise was a fun and relaxing ride. When we went is was raining at a good clip but we were able to sit under a covered area. It was neat to see the steam room. Easy to navigate to the location and boarding went smoothly. Next time we would include the dinner option.

I enjoyed the narrator. Great job! The cruise began on time. Love the cocktail and snacks. I'm in New Orleans for a conference. Had a break and decided to cruise on the "Natchez". The jazz was very smooth.
Never been to New Orleans. What a great experience.

Spectacular customer service/interactions. Beautiful weather and views of the Mississippi River. Bar food and drinks were delicious and reasonably price.

Card machines not working. Limited food. But a great boat ride. Easy to get on and off the boat. Staff was friendly. Limited items at the gift shop.

We enjoyed the music (it wasn't too loud) the views and the historical narrations. The boarding was easy and there was plenty of seating. Inside or outside was available. Restroom facility clean and easy to access.
