Respectful clothing: Make sure to wear clothes that cover your knees and shoulders, as the cathedral is a religious site.

Accessibility

Wheelchair accessibility: The cathedral is only partially wheelchair accessible. Certain areas aren't fully adapted to cater to wheelchair users, individuals using crutches, or those with limited mobility in general.

La Giralda: The climb up to the summit of the bell tower is via narrow stairs, making it inaccessible for wheelchair users. The climb is also not recommended for individuals with vertigo, claustrophobia, or respiratory ailments.

Baby strollers: Due to the monument's age, strollers aren't the most practical option. If you're bringing an infant, a baby carrier is your best bet.

Fitness levels: You must be at least moderately fit to participate in the tour, especially considering the climb up to the bell tower's summit.

Meeting point: Meet your guide at Pl. Virgen de los Reyes, making sure to arrive 15 minutes before the tour is scheduled to begin. Your guide will be standing next to the John Paul II, waiting for you with a red flag. Detailed directions will be provided in your voucher.
