Getting started
Arrive at the main entrance on your chosen date at any time and present your valid digital or printed ticket for scanning. Once inside, take your time to explore the aquarium and enjoy the VR experience whenever you like during your visit.

An accessible entrance is available via the beach underpass, reached using the ramp to the seafront.

The Ocean Display in the auditorium has limited access but can also be viewed from the accessible Ocean Tunnel.

Guests with disabilities pay the standard admission price. One accompanying carer enters free of charge.

Pre-booking is required for all visitors, including Annual Passholders and those using promotional vouchers.

This is a cashless attraction. Only card or contactless payments are accepted.

Children under 2 years enter free but must have a reserved ticket.

Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

Student tickets are valid Monday to Friday during off-peak periods with a valid student ID.

Tickets can be rescheduled for free online up to 24 hours before your visit.

Entry is via the main entrance and is valid for a single visit on the selected day.
