5/5Easy entry and a very smooth experience overall. We especially appreciated being able to download the audio guide before entering the palace grounds, which made everything seamless even without arranging it in advance. The guide itself was interesting and easy to follow. One suggestion would be to include more background on the history and significance of the Royal Palace as a whole, rather than focusing mostly on each individual room. We also noticed that the Throne Room was closed to visitors during our visit, but the audio guide did not mention this, which was a bit confusing. Overall, though, it was an enjoyable and worthwhile experience.AAndrea R
